Had a great experience at Mesita restaurant! We went to celebrate our friend's birthday. Mike provided excellent service from start to finish and really made us feel taken care of. The drinks were amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the night. Our first order of guacamole wasn’t the best, but Mike immediately took care of it and brought us a fresh new bowl that was much better, which we really appreciated. I ordered the birria tacos and while the meat was a little dry for my taste, the shrimp was absolutely delicious. My friends ordered The fajita platters and those were good too. Overall, great atmosphere, great drinks, and outstanding customer service from Mike!
I went with two friends and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was excellent and provided truly great service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious and served fresh, with plenty of flavor in every dish. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a very pleasant place to spend the evening with friends. Overall, it was an enjoyable outing with great service and very good food. I would happily return and recommend it to others.
Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from both the waitress Cara and the manager David. You can really tell they care about their guests. The food was incredible! We ordered burrito bowls, tacos, and finished with dessert. Every bite was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The burrito bowls were fresh and satisfying, the tacos were packed with delicious fillings, and the chips and salsa were the perfect starter. Dessert was the cherry on top! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing Mexican food and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
What an awesome restaurant! Have been dying to try the new Mesita in Amityville. The decor is so beautiful inside, love the high ceilings and lighting. Went for a special birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. The food, margarita flight and service were all outstanding! Such a fun atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or girls night out. Cannot wait to go back.

We celebrated our 7-year anniversary today and had such an incredible experience at Mesita🤍 From the moment we sat down, our server Thania went above and beyond. She was so attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel special the entire time. You can tell she’s hardworking and truly cares about her guest which made our celebration that much more meaningful. The food and drinks were just as amazing. We enjoyed sangrias, margaritas, and steaks that were cooked perfectly. The guacamole appetizer was fresh and delicious, and the desserts were the perfect ending to our night. Between the outstanding service and the quality of the food, everything exceeded our expectations. Thania made our anniversary unforgettable, and Mesita definitely did not disappoint. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
Such a wonderful anniversary dinner at Mesita. We were welcomed with smiles and a surprise gift card. We were also given complimentary champagne when they learned it was our anniversary. When it was time for dessert they brought out a sparkler with our sundae. We felt like we were on vacation! We can’t wait to come back thank you Mesita staff for such a wonderful evening!
My husband and I were craving Mexican, so we decided to check out **Mesita**—and we’re so glad we did. We arrived around 4:30 and were seated right away in a very comfortable booth. We started with the homemade guacamole, which did not disappoint, and I enjoyed a delicious margarita. We ordered the steak burrito and the pork burrito bowl, and both were outstanding. The yuca fries that come with the meal—along with the dipping sauce—were incredibly good. I also loved that they brought ice water to the table and were attentive about refilling it without being asked. Our server, Orlando, was friendly and very attentive throughout our meal. When we left about an hour later, the place was packed, which says a lot. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting—lively, but not overly loud. We will definitely be back.
This was one of the best dinners I have had in so long. The staff is friendly and looks happy (def not understaffed and/or stressed). The vibe is upbeat and fun. The music was so good (it felt like a dj was there!). The bus staff was so quick and helpful. MAYRA was amazing. Very attentive and sweet. The food had SO much flavor. The bartender (a young guy with black hair that was a little long in a stylish way) was so funny and made great drink and food recommendations. I love all the small details with the decor. There’s a bicycle on the wall!! Highly recommend.
